Hi,Welcome to our luxurious home in the sun! "El Sueno" is a single storey,4 bedroom villa with a south facing private pool,games room,free Wi-Fi internet and only 15 mins drive to Disney!! The master bedroom has a king sized bed,tv,dvd and a lovely en suite bathroom.Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and a tv.Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 twin (single) beds in each.There is a queen sized sleeper settee in the livivg room ,if needed. There is a spacious living room to relax in after a long day at the parks and a lovely family room with a 32" flat screen tv and dvd. As well as formal dining there is additional dining space in the kitchen and pool side. The Games Room has pool,air hockey,basket ball and darts. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped so you can prepare a full meal,if required. There is a really useful laundry area with a clothes washer and drier to help you keep the laundry under control. There is a lovely patio area around the south facing pool with loads of chairs and loungers so that everybody can soak up that Florida sunshine all day long!! There is a travel crib (cot) and highchair available at no extra cost. "El Sueno" is situated at Florida Pines in Davenport,only 15 mins drive to Disney! Florida Pines is a lovely,quiet,well kept community. Seaworld, Universal and Wet'n'Wild are close by too, within 30 mins drive. The new Legoland and Tampas Busch Gardens are around 45 mins drive away. Floridas Atlantic coast,with the Kennedy Space Centre and the surfers paradise at CoCo beach are 60 mins drive away. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Floridas Gulf Coast,a real must see,are also within an hours drive. There are loads of shops and restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes a short drive along highways 192 and 27. Walmart,Target and Publix all have large food stores within 5 mins drive. WalMart is open 24/7.
